We’re excited to welcome you to the Beeton Honey & Garden Festival – Saturday, May 23 (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) as we celebrate our 50th year!
To help ensure a smooth and safe set-up for everyone, please review the following important set-up instructions and the attached map.
? IMPORTANT: ONE-WAY TRAFFIC FOR SET-UP
To improve safety and reduce congestion, vendor set-up will follow a section-based entry system using Prospect Street.

Booth assignments are subject to change without notice as we finalize event logistics.
? Arrival & Traffic Flow (Please Read Carefully)
All vendors must approach from Prospect Street, then turn south onto Main Street at their assigned entry point.
Please use the access point that matches your section:
EAST END (Patterson ? Centre)
? From Prospect, turn south on Patterson St to Main St
DOWNTOWN (Centre ? Second)
? From Prospect, turn south on Centre St to Main St
MIDWEST (Second ? Tecumseth)
? From Prospect, turn south on Second St to Main St
WEST END (Tecumseth ? Ellison)
? From Prospect, turn south on Tecumseth St to Main St
? You must turn WEST only (no eastbound access)
?? Important Traffic Notes
Main Street will operate as ONE-WAY (east to west) during set-up
Do not approach Main Street directly — all access is via Prospect Street
Vendors entering from the wrong location may be delayed or redirected
? Event signage will be posted along Prospect Street and at each entry point to guide you to your designated turn
? Volunteers will be stationed at each section to assist with directions
Look for yellow bucket hats (volunteers)

Road access begins: 6:00 M (do not arrive before this time). All vehicles must be off the street by: 8:30 AM
Final set-up deadline: 8:45 AM
? No vehicle access after 8:30 AM
? No vendor set-up permitted after 8:45 AM
? Late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds
? Unloading & Parking
Unload quickly at your booth
Move your vehicle immediately to designated parking areas
Booth numbers will be marked in chalk on the roadway

This is an outdoor event – vendors must bring:
Tables, tents, weights, and displays
Weather protection
Electricity is not provided
Any electrical needs must be pre-approved
Only quiet generators (60 dB or less) are permitted

The committee reserves the right to remove any goods deemed unsafe or inappropriate
Vendors are responsible for:
Securing tents and guide wires
Maintaining a safe booth area
Goods may be inspected by authorities at any time
